Eric Rehn

Vocational Service Chair

Eric joined Rotary in 2012, is a Paul Harris Fellow, and was a member of the Board where he served as the Vocational Services Director. He presently serves on the City of Concord Homeless Strategic Plan Committee. Eric moved to Northern California in 2003 and has worked on over 400 commercial real estate transactions, representing landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers and investors in Contra Costa, Napa and Solano Counties. He specializes in industrial property types. Current projects include multiple industrial buildings, land and office properties, as well as investment offerings and cannabis-related real estate markets.


Eric continued his commercial real estate education by achieving the coveted CCIM designation for investment expertise. He has been involved with the CCIM organization since 2012, serving as the Northern California chapter president and as treasurer for two terms. His past membership on the East Bay Leadership Council’s Land Use and Environmental & Manufacturing task forces kept him at the forefront of current political issues affecting commercial property in the market. He served as a consultant to the Northern Waterfront Economic Development Initiative for Contra Costa County and serves in the Contra Costa County Taxpayer’s Association.


Eric earned his BS degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno. Twenty years prior to receiving his real estate license, he worked in the medical device market as a surgical sales representative, and received numerous awards for sales and marketing performance and was responsible for the worldwide launch of hundreds of products in the minimally invasive surgical market. He lives in Clayton.
