Speaking to Rotary Clubs...

Every Rotary Club needs a speaker every week. That works out to about 50 speakers per year per club. There are 65 clubs in District 5160, thus there are 3,250 opportunities to present to a captive audience.

In a nut shell...

  1. Be organized, start on time, get on and stay on message… this is super important.
  2. Tell us what you want and have a small handout. Don't beat around the bush.
  3. Talk for no longer than 15 minutes… practice, practice, practice before you get here.
  4. End on time and take questions for 5 minutes. Control the time.
  5. Bring what you need. Do not expect each club to have all the necessary equipment for your presentation… it is your responsibility.
